Common topics
- Sign-in trouble — Standm uses Sign in with Apple or Google. If you can't get in, email us with the address you signed up with.
- Matches & chats — Standm pairs you with fans by sport, team, and player. You can start 1:1 DMs or join small group pods.
- Reporting or blocking someone — Tap a message or a member to report or block them. We review reports, typically within 24 hours, and act on violations.
- Notifications — Manage push notifications in your device Settings → Standm, or in the app under Settings.
Report objectionable content or behaviour
Standm has zero tolerance for harassment, hate speech, threats, or abusive content. Report it in-app (tap a message or member to report), or email support@standm.app and we'll act promptly.
